Do I need to be at home and available for a call during my appointment?Yes. Our team of technicians is only allowed to come to your home if someone is present to let us in. This is why we require your presence during our appointment time. If you are unable to make it to the appointment, please notify us as soon as possible and we can reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time.

Is it possible to have my appliance repaired on the same day as the service call?Our trucks are equipped with modern parts for all major home appliances. In the case that we do not readily have a part available in our inventory, another appointment will need to be scheduled. Most parts that must be ordered arrive within one to five business days.
